We are partnering with an organization looking to expand its IT talent. They are looking for a Systems Support Specialist to join their team. This position aligns perfectly with Franklin’s Apprenticeship program.
As a Systems Support Specialist, you will work on a team that oversees and manages the setup, security and functionality of various software systems. You will also assist in troubleshooting systems and user-related errors. Along with these on-the-job responsibilities, you will participate in a registered apprenticeship program where you will earn Comp Tia certification and a Department of Labor Apprenticeship Certificate.
