We are looking for a hands-on, dynamic Quality Manager to spearhead the development, implementation, and maintenance of our world-class quality systems.
This isn’t just a management role; it is a critical leadership position responsible for ensuring every product leaving our facility meets the rigorous precision standards
demanded by our prestigious automotive and appliance customers.
What You’ll Do:
As our Quality Manager, you will be the heartbeat of our quality culture. You will:
Lead the Charge: Manage quality operations across three shifts, driving a culture of excellence.
Be the Expert: Serve as the primary point of contact for all critical customer quality audits.
Ensure Compliance: Maintain uncompromising adherence to IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 standards.
Drive Innovation: Use your advanced analytical skills to translate complex data into actionable production improvements that keep us ahead of the competition.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
Minimum Qualifications:
Proven Expertise: A minimum of 5 years in a quality leadership role within a high-volume manufacturing setting.
Technical Mastery: Deep proficiency in APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, and MSA.
Regulatory Command: A track record of successfully managing IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 standards.
Leadership Power: The ability to inspire a multi-shift workforce and communicate effectively from the shop floor to the executive suite.
Data-Driven Mindset: The ability to look at complex data and see the path to continuous improvement.
Preferred Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field.
Industry Knowledge: Deep expertise in Injection Molding processes and materials.
Certification: Six Sigma Green or Black Belt.
Experience: Specifically within the Automotive Tier 1 or Tier 2 supply chain.
The “Zeiss” Edge: Preference given to those with experience using Zeiss equipment and software.
