Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Life Insurance Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in helping individuals and businesses secure the right Life insurance coverage. You will provide expert guidance, assess clients’ needs, and offer tailored insurance solutions.

Responsibilities:
Prospect and generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Conduct in-depth consultations with clients to understand their Life insurance needs.
Present and explain insurance policies and options to clients, highlighting benefits and coverage details.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.
Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the insurance selection process.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and changes in insurance products.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales, preferably inLife insurance or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent negotiation and closing abilities.
Knowledge of Life insurance products, regulations, and market trends (preferred).
State Life insurance license (preferred not required) or the ability to obtain one.
1 year of experience (preferred not required)
Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
High degree of integrity and professionalism.
