Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) Full Time NEW

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Nursing Assistant (NA), you will play a key role in supporting the physical and emotional well-being of our residents. You’ll deliver compassionate, high-quality care that aligns with each individual’s care plan, while working alongside experienced nurses and clinical staff.

Responsibilities:

• Providing daily care such as bathing, grooming, and mobility assistance.
• Helping patients feel comfortable and safe during their stay.
• Supporting nurses with delegated tasks and reporting patient concerns.
• Monitoring and documenting vital signs and changes in condition.
• Assisting with lifting, repositioning, and transporting patients safely.
• Maintaining a clean and respectful environment

Requirements:

• Must be a Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) or currently enrolled in a CNA program with at least 16 hours of coursework completed.
• Must complete the CNA program within 4 months of hire.
• Current CPR certification or willing to obtain within 3 months.
• Prior clinical experience is preferred, but not required.
• Strong communication skills and a heart for caregiving Must be able to lift up to 100 lbs with assistance, and stand/walk for long periods
