Entry Level Technician Full Time

Grappone Mazda is looking for a motivated and dependable Entry-Level Automotive Technician to join our growing Service Team.

This is an hourly position and an excellent opportunity to build your automotive career in a modern dealership environment. We are looking for someone who is dependable, eager to learn, takes pride in their work, and enjoys working as part of a team. We offer a competitive compensation package for the right candidate. Starting pay range $17.00-23.00 depending on experience level.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

Perform basic maintenance, inspections, tires, brakes, and repairs
Assist experienced technicians with advanced repairs and diagnostics
Participate in Mazda and Grappone training programs
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
Valid driver’s license and ability to be insured
Automotive school/training or entry-level experience preferred
NH State Inspection training required with Senior Level Technician
Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn
Schedule

Hourly position — typically 40–43 hours per week
Monday–Friday: 7:30 AM–5:30 PM
Rotating Saturdays: 8:00 AM–1:00 PM
At least one Saturday per month
One rotating late day assisting the Sales Department
