MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Retired officer or enlisted of the top three (3) pay grades with a minimum of 20 years active service
Kentucky specialized school services certification (CNET)
Experience involving instruction
Approval of military department involved
Effective communication skills
Kentucky certification Junior Reserve Officer Training Corp.
