We are seeking a Polisher for our Manhasset, NY location.

Responsibilities:

• Perform polishing-related activities including sanding, satin finish, cleaning, etc. following predefined instructions.
• Ensure the proper functioning of the polishing workshop (incl. ordering / managing consumables)
• Inspect all assigned orders for additional defects and note, repair or escalate as appropriate
• Request any needed parts, consumable material, tools or supplies according to established procedures
• Comply with all health and safety requirements including personal protective equipment, hazardous material handling and disposal, machine guarding, ergonomics, etc.

Qualifications/Experience:

• Attention to detail
• Ability to work in fast paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in jewelry repair
• Ability to operate computer-operated technical equipment

Job Type:

• Full-time

Salary: 

• $25.00 – $31.00 per hour
