I need two assistants to work with my Event Coordinator for a Red-Carpet event on August 3 in Middletown, NJ.
1. The event assistants will work directly for the Event Coordinator.
3. Greet Cast & Crew members and their guests upon arrival and accompany them to specific areas as directed.
4. Set up tables/chairs for a buffet (and break-down after the event).
5. Assist the Event Coordinator with additional tasks as requested.
6. Hours are 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.
