Job Description Summary
The Programmer Analyst will play a critical role in designing, developing, and maintaining data-driven solutions that support value-based care initiatives. This role involves collaborating with subject matter experts to gather requirements in order to develop, test, and maintain data sets, reports, and integrations between Workday and other systems. The ideal candidate will use software development and programming skills to design, implement, and document complex ETL processes that enhance operational workflows. Collaboration with human resources, payroll, supply chain, finance, clinical and research teams is necessary to develop understanding of business processes and ensure data integrity and strategic alignment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to comprehend documentation, research, learn and apply new technical and development skills in a fast paced, evolving field.

Salary range for this position is $78,126 – $99,056 which includes a comprehensive benefits package. The listed pay range reflects the range of potential compensation based on experience in healthcare programming. The actual offer may vary based on qualifications, skills, and experience.
