About the Role:
At Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center, how we tell our story matters. This role plays a key part in sharing the work, people, and progress behind our mission through compelling video and audio content.
You will support the full lifecycle of video and audio production, from planning and recording through editing and final delivery. Your work will help inform, educate, and inspire patients, families, staff, and the broader community. This is a great opportunity for a creative storyteller who enjoys collaborating, refining ideas, and turning concepts into polished content.
The starting annual salary for this position is $52,979 and includes a full, comprehensive benefits package.
What You’ll Do:
· Support pre-production, production, and post-production for video and audio projects
· Create clear, engaging content that aligns with communication goals and target audiences
· Edit and enhance content using strong visual and audio storytelling techniques
· Apply motion graphics or visual effects when appropriate to elevate the final product
· Collaborate with teammates, incorporate feedback, and adjust content as projects evolve
· Help ensure all content is well organized, thoughtfully presented, and professionally finished
What You’ll Bring:

· Experience with video and or audio production, including post-production editing
· Motion graphics experience and solid technical skills
· A portfolio that shows strong storytelling, creativity, and attention to detail
· The ability to translate past work and skills into this role in a meaningful way
· Clear, concise writing and strong visual organization
· Professional communication skills, including explaining goals, outcomes, and creative choices
· A collaborative mindset and openness to feedback and iteration
