The role is designed as a department cross-functional support liaison. To assist CRO/Sponsor CRA navigate through system applications, onboarding, scheduling, and providing concierge customer service throughout the entire monitoring visit, from start to finish. In addition, review multi-faceted quality assurance metrics; to ensure accuracy of data collection, scheduling, concluded monitor visits and review of documentation compliance. The pay range for this position is $56,025 – $71,201 annually which includes a comprehensive benefits package. The listed pay range reflects the range of potential compensation for this role. The actual offer may vary based on qualifications, skills, and experience.
