Job Details:

We’re seeking an experienced Heavy Civil Estimator with a strong background in highway, bridge, and roadway projects to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of preparing accurate and competitive bids for DOT and municipal transportation projects, working closely with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities:

Review and analyze project plans, specifications, and RFP documents for Highway and Heavy civil work.

Prepare detailed cost estimates for labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractor services.

Perform quantity takeoffs using digital takeoff and estimating software.

Identify and evaluate project risks, value engineering opportunities, and cost-saving measures.

Qualifications:

5+ years of estimating experience in heavy civil/highway construction.

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management
