Position Details:
As a Sales Engineer, your goal will be to maintain and grow an existing customer base with regular sales calls, time and territory management, and customer-relationship development, develop new account and meet sales goals and work with outside and inside sales teams to be the go-to engineer for product, application, compatibility, and customization questions and out-of-the-box solutions for Bray and non-Bray products.
Qualifications:
Motivation for sales and at least 2‐5 years of successful applications engineering / sales support experience in an industrial environment, preferably in pumps, instrumentation, valves, and flow control products.
Ability to troubleshoot, understand customer needs.
Customer Service focus.
Ability to collaborate with other teams.
Bachelor’s degree from a four-year College or University (or equivalent combination of (education and experience)
Excellent interpersonal skills (in person and on the phone), relationship builder.
Background in automation & control is required.
Must be proficient with computers and have a working knowledge of Windows operating systems (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), CRM systems, ERP systems, valve and pump sizing programs.
Heat trace experience.
Proven performance in sales, self-motivated, proficient delegator, team builder, highly energetic and have a positive outlook.
Ability to work onsite at the office location.
