The Local Sales Manager (LSM) is key member of the local management team and drives revenue on our assets. This role works with our team of Account Executives (AEs) to maximize local, national, mobile applications and other initiatives of the company.
Job Responsibilities
· Drives for revenue goal attainment, both quarterly and annually while reporting, revenue projections, and forecasts.
· Develops sales force through recruiting, selecting and growing exceptional sales talent; manages and coaches by holding employees accountable against metrics and behaviors.
· Leads, manages, and oversees a culture of diversity and high ethical standards.
Job Qualifications
Education and Certifications
· Bachelor’s degree required with a preference in Business or Marketing.
· Graduate degree is a plus
Work Experience
· Three (3) + years of successful business to business (BTB ) sales experience required.
· Experience leading a sales team preferred.
· Media sales experience and understanding of broadcast and internet/digital applications preferred.
California Salary Range: $145,000 to $165,000; Bonus Eligible
