The Certified Medication Aide (CMA) is responsible for safely administering medications to residents or patients under the supervision of a licensed nurse, while providing compassionate, high-quality care. The CMA monitors residents for medication effectiveness and adverse reactions, documents medication administration accurately, and assists with activities of daily living as needed.
