Summary
A part-time position assisting the Safety Manager with day-to-day company duties related to the maintenance of the warehouse and its inventory.
Duties/Responsibilities
Include but are not limited to the following:
Assist in maintaining the tool inventory: This includes assigning tools and checking tools back into inventory; assisting in maintaining tool inventory in working order; helping keep an accurate inventory control procedure; and assisting in getting tools to and from job sites as needed.
Assist in bi-annual company-wide tool inventory
Maintain power tools, repair electrical cords, etc.
Assist in monitoring and inspecting the various vehicles in the Loven Contacting fleet. This includes performing detailed inspections, documenting all maintenance performed, and following up on all assigned maintenance to see it through to completion
Drive company vehicles to obtain or deliver supplies, assist with fleet maintenance, and fulfill other duties assigned
Assist office staff with various projects, as assigned.

Essential Skills/Abilities/Functions
Regular, consistent, and prompt attendance
Fluent in English
Ability to interact professionally in an office environment
Regular lifting of items in excess of 20 lbs
Excellent verbal, written, and computer communication skills
Strong ability to use company software to track and inventory tools and equipment
Self-motivation
Valid driver’s license with a good driving record as determined by our insurance company guidelines
Education and Experience
· High school diploma or equivalent, preferred
· Previous inventory experience, preferred
Physical Requirements
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. at times
Must be able to navigate across uneven terrain when at construction job sites
Must be able to navigate the use of ladders when at construction job sites
