Salary Range: $70,000-$80,000
Role can be based anywhere in US-Will travel to sites 60%
This position will be directly responsible for Filtration warehouse operations across the segment, collaborating and communicating with cross-functional partners to drive business results while managing their financial outcomes. This leader will foster a “safety first” culture through awareness, training, and accountability. Working with a sense of urgency will help ensure that operational plans are executed, performance and budget goals are achieved, and team members are kept informed to guarantee alignment on consistently and safely delivering a great customer experience.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with Director and Region Managers to ensure processes and standards are followed to maximize:
Customer satisfaction through min/max levels and in stock rates.
Customer growth through demand planning.
Profitability by managing inventory variances, accurate parts ordering and receiving.
Take part in demand planning and budgeting of capex with supply chain for future equipment needs.
Analyze metrics, trends, and insights on a regular basis, shifting priorities as appropriate.
Build customer loyalty and brand strength by creating and sustaining long-term relationships with important clients, potential accounts, and strategic partners.
Measure, monitor and manage budget items impacting by warehouse operations.
Facilitate, track, and resolve equipment escalations.
Manage large scale customer installs.
Collaborate across departments to ensure product/equipment availability for all customers.
Oversee the training and implementation of new processes.
Inform cross-functional leadership of risks and service execution performance status.
Examine route productivity metrics related to warehouse functions.
Coordinate Filtration area resets with efficient layouts.
Facilitate PO creation, parts ordering and receiving.
Control intersegment shipping via FedEx.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree preferred; Demonstrated experience in Operations, Logistics and Supply Chain leadership position operations leadership position in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment, preferably working with a consumer products company.
Previous experience in managerial role or leading / motivating a team centered environment.
Influential Leadership and ability to have impact vertically and horizontally in the organization
Strong knowledge / experience of financial analysis and P&L; ability to apply financial theory and practices as well as provide tools/knowledge to area managers. Budget preparation and control.
Ability to lead, organize and build effective and diverse teams.
Ability to listen and respond to information effectively and influence decision makers.
Customer relationship/service skills.
Ability to be innovative and creative.
Ability to travel to meet business needs, 60% of time.
Exceptional customer service and communication skills with varied audiences and mediums; excellent analytical and presentation skills.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
Excellent planning, time management, organization and problem-solving skills.
