About the Role

At Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center, our mission‑driven work depends on strong systems behind the scenes. As the leader for Revenue Cycle Applications, you’ll help ensure the technology that supports patient billing and reimbursement works seamlessly, reliably, and efficiently across the organization.

This role matters because revenue cycle systems directly impact our ability to deliver care, remain financially strong, and meet regulatory requirements. You’ll lead the strategy and day‑to‑day direction of the applications that support the full revenue lifecycle, from patient access through billing, claims, and reimbursement, helping teams work smarter and with confidence.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the planning, implementation, and ongoing optimization of enterprise revenue cycle systems
• Ensure technology supports accurate billing, timely reimbursement, and regulatory compliance
• Oversee system governance, vendor relationships, and application performance
• Partner with operational, financial, and IT leaders to improve workflows
• Ensure data integrity and system integrations across platforms
• Manage and mentor team members
• Drive continuous, technology‑enabled process improvements
• Support organizational change through well‑managed system enhancements

What You’ll Bring

• Experience leading healthcare revenue cycle applications
• Hands‑on knowledge of revenue cycle management systems; Athena IDX preferred
• Strong understanding of healthcare billing, claims, and reimbursement workflows
• Healthcare IT experience
• Experience managing vendors and cross‑functional initiatives
• Supervisory or managerial experience
• Familiarity with service management practices and interoperability
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
