About the Role
In this advanced practice role, you’ll provide comprehensive, patient-centered care across the full continuum of treatment. You’ll assess, diagnose, treat, and support patients while working closely with physicians and the broader care team to deliver high-quality, compassionate care.
This role is ideal for a clinician who enjoys clinical autonomy, collaboration, and making a meaningful difference for patients and families facing complex health conditions.
The starting annual salary for the Advanced Practice Provider I is $112,528 and this will include an additional geographic differential of $8,510. This can include a full comprehensive benefits package.
The starting annual salary for the Advanced Practice Provider II is $124,614 and this will include an additional geographic differential of $8,510. This can include a full comprehensive benefits package.
What You’ll Do
In this role, you will:
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including health histories, physical exams, and review of diagnostic studies
Recognize changes in patient condition and develop appropriate treatment and follow-up plans
Prescribe medications, transfusions, and therapies based on clinical findings and established care plans
Interpret and evaluate diagnostic test results to guide care decisions
Determine patient eligibility for clinical trials and support research participation
Provide direct patient care, including procedures, specimen collection, and emergency interventions when needed
Assist in surgical and procedural settings in accordance with granted privileges
Educate patients and families about diagnoses, treatment plans, and symptom management
Support patients and families through acute and chronic phases of care, including psychosocial needs
Triage patients and respond appropriately to urgent or emergent situations
Document care thoroughly, including histories and physicals, progress notes, discharge summaries, and follow-up communications
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care
Participate in quality improvement initiatives, clinical research, and pathway development
Serve as a patient advocate within multidisciplinary care teams
May provide care in mobile or off-site settings, including travel and overnight stays as needed
