Job Objective:
Ability to operate a variety of manufacturing equipment following established Standard Operating Procedures. Maintain Safety, Quality and time standards. Ability to perform varying assignments daily.
1st Shift: 6:45am to 2:45pm
Essential Job Functions:
Responsible for maintaining a safe work environment.
Operate complex manufacturing equipment following established procedures and Control Plans.
Read and interpret the Discrete Job Routing Sheet.
Perform quality checks as required.
Complete necessary computer transactions or paperwork.
Maintain established production standards.
Accountable for personal goals and the department’s team goals.
Individual must demonstrate the capability to learn to operate in several different departments after required training has been met.
Ability to successfully complete training and operate powered industrial trucks.
Job Qualifications:
High School Diploma and/or GED required.
Previous experience operating production machinery to set standards.
Demonstrated proficiency in the operation of multiple processes.
Demonstrated computer literacy.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Demonstrated ability to learn new processes.
