Weidner Apartment Homes is now hiring for Maintenance Technicians in the Anchorage area! If you have experience working in maintenance, enjoy helping and are looking to work for a company with strong stability look no further we have the job for you!
Our Maintenance Technicians are working to get apartments ready for new residents to move in, answering work orders in a timely manner and making sure the outside of our properties look good as well. This position requires experience in plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, and appliance installation/repair.
Qualifications for these positions is:
- Experience in apartment maintenance or a related field
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 80 pounds and push/pull up to 200 pounds
- Must have a valid driver’s license, insurance and a vehicle
