Responsibilities:
- Architecting Security Solutions: Design and implement cutting-edge security strategies that ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our information systems and intellectual property.
- Championing Compliance: Lead the charge in meeting regulatory requirements and industry standards, ensuring that our operations are not only secure but also compliant with regulations like PCI DSS, GDPR, and HIPAA.
- Empowering Education: Develop engaging security education programs that empower our team to be vigilant guardians of our digital assets.
- Incident Response Maestro: Be the maestro of our incident response program, orchestrating swift and effective responses to security incidents as our lead investigator.
- Strategic Collaboration: Collaborate closely with IT Operations and our CIO to align security initiatives with overarching business objectives, ensuring that security isn’t just a defensive measure but an enabler of growth and innovation.
- Pioneering Progress: Drive continuous improvement in our security posture by developing and executing a forward-thinking Information Security program that evolves with the latest industry standards and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Visionary Leadership: Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or related field, paired with at least 5 years of experience leading Information Security initiatives in dynamic environments.
- Trailblazing Expertise: Deep understanding of security frameworks and a proven track record of developing and implementing innovative security solutions.
- Industry Insight: Experience in the Financial Services, Credit Union, or Banking industry is a plus.
- Certification Credentials: Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CCNA, GCIH, and GSEC are highly valued.

The pay range for this position is listed above. Our pay ranges are designed to allow for candidates with various levels of experience and skill to be considered, and to allow room for growth to be achieved in a role over time. Generally, new hire salary offers fall within the minimum to midpoint of a pay range for many candidates. Any offer extended to a candidate will be based upon their individual combination of experience, knowledge, skills, and education as well as internal equity.
