CNC Machinist / Machine Operator – Multiple Shifts Available
JWF Industries is seeking experienced CNC Machinists to join our growing team.

Successful candidates will perform CNC machining operations while maintaining quality, productivity, and safety standards. Team members will work closely with Engineering, Production, and Quality departments to manufacture precision components, maintain tight tolerances, and support on-time customer deliveries.
Candidates with experience in CNC machining, CNC setup, machine operation, blueprint reading, precision measurement, manufacturing, machining centers, mills, lathes, and metalworking are encouraged to apply.

Essential Duties
- Operate CNC machining equipment to manufacture precision components and assemblies.
- Perform machine setups and equipment adjustments based on job requirements and production needs.
- Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, specifications, and work instructions.
- Identify critical dimensions, tolerances, and inspection requirements from prints and production documentation.
- Utilize precision measuring instruments including calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other inspection tools.
- Perform in-process and final inspections to verify product quality and conformance to specifications.
- Work closely with Quality personnel to maintain exacting tolerances and quality standards.
- Monitor machine performance and report equipment concerns as necessary.
- Maintain production schedules and support on-time delivery requirements.
- Follow all safety, quality, and manufacturing procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Education Level
All education/experience levels will be considered
Experience
- Experience in CNC machining, CNC setup, machine operation, manufacturing, metalworking, or machining operations preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings preferred.
- Experience using precision measuring equipment such as calipers, micrometers, indicators, and gauges preferred.
- Knowledge of machining processes, tooling, feeds, speeds, and quality requirements is beneficial.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Candidates will be evaluated throughout the interview process for placement into positions of varying skill levels, including:
- Machine Operator
- Machinist
- Setup Machinist

While performing the duties of the job, the employee is required to have the ability to concentrate and perform responsibilities by maintaining a constant state of focus and mental alertness. While performing the duties of the job, the employee is regularly required to stand, use hands (including gripping & grasping) and reach with arms. The employee is frequently required to stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl and talk or hear. The employee will frequently walk. The employee must occasionally lift and/ or move up to 50 lbs. Specific vision requirements such as color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
