Clinical Associate (Full Time/Second Shift) – R-20728 Full Time

We are seeking a full-time Clinical Associate to join our Perioperative Care Unit. This role is ideal for individuals looking to start or grow a career in healthcare while making a meaningful difference in patient care.

What You’ll Do:
– Assist with direct and indirect patient care activities under the guidance of a Registered Nurse
– Help maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming perioperative environment
– Clean and disinfect patient rooms and clinical areas following established safety and infection‑prevention protocols
– Perform room turnovers, including routine, terminal, and precaution cleaning (training provided)
– Prepare patient care rooms to ensure they are organized, stocked, and ready for the next patient

Compensation & Benefits
The starting hourly rate is $18.33 and this position includes a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications:
Required Education and Experience

High School diploma or High School Equivalency diploma.

Degrees must be conferred by an accredited school, college, or university, or by an institution recognized by Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center and/or Health Research Incorporated as adhering to acceptable educational standards.
