About the Role
At Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center, the work we do behind the scenes helps power life‑saving care. As a Revenue Cycle Data Integration Analyst, you’ll play a critical role in making sure our financial and operational data is accurate, reliable, and ready to support smart decision‑making across the organization.
This role sits at the intersection of healthcare operations, finance, and analytics. You’ll help turn complex billing and claims data into trusted datasets that leaders and teams rely on to improve performance, manage risk, and ultimately support our patients.
What You’ll Do
• Extract, transform, and integrate revenue cycle data from billing, claims, coding, and vendor systems
• Maintain and improve ETL workflows supporting the enterprise data warehouse and Microsoft Fabric environment
• Apply business rules to create clean, analytics‑ready datasets
• Validate and reconcile financial and claims data for accuracy and consistency
• Identify and resolve data quality issues
• Document data structures, workflows, and logic
• Support Power BI dashboards tracking claim denials, edits, and key performance indicators
• Partner with revenue cycle, finance, and IT teams to support informed decision‑making
What You’ll Bring
• Experience working with healthcare revenue cycle data
• Strong SQL skills with complex queries in large data environments
• Experience supporting ETL processes and data integrations
• Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric and modern data platforms
• Understanding of core ETL concepts and data validation
• Some experience with Power BI dashboards and datasets
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills
