What You’ll Do
The starting annual salary range of this position is $59,787-$65,205 and this can include a comprehensive benefits package.
In this role, you will:
Repair, maintain, and perform preventive maintenance on heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
Diagnose and resolve mechanical issues to keep systems operating efficiently
Support general maintenance needs, including basic electrical, carpentry, and grounds work as needed
Perform routine inspections and maintenance to prevent equipment failures
Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner
Follow safety standards and maintenance procedures
Work collaboratively with other facilities and maintenance team members
What You’ll Bring

You’ll be successful in this role if you:
Have experience working with HVAC or mechanical building systems
Enjoy hands-on troubleshooting and repairs
Are comfortable performing preventive maintenance and inspections
Can adapt to a variety of maintenance tasks as needed
Work well independently and as part of a team
Take safety, quality, and reliability seriously
