Key Objective

The Qualified User is responsible for overseeing and executing various warehouse tasks, including the handling and moving of product, inbound receipt, inventory management, order fulfillment, and ensuring warehouse efficiency. This individual plays a vital role by being a subject-matter expert in processes revolving around the warehouse, WMS, and customers.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

·         Transport products to designated storage locations, ensuring that items are properly stored and easily accessible for future retrieval.

·         Use RF scanners to track and update inventory levels in the warehouse management system (WMS).

·         Scan barcodes on products to verify accuracy during receiving, picking, packing, and shipping processes.

·         Receive incoming shipments, check them for accuracy, and record quantities using RF scanners.

·         Stock products in designated storage areas, ensuring proper organization and clear labeling for easy retrieval.

·         Pick orders according to customer specifications or order tickets.

·         Accurately pack items into boxes, ensuring correct labeling and proper packaging to avoid damage during shipping.

·         Conduct regular cycle counts and assist with physical inventory audits to verify the integrity of the inventory.

·         Help identify and resolve discrepancies in stock, reporting any issues to the supervisor in a timely manner.

·         Ensure items are stored in accordance with company policies and safety guidelines.

·         Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe warehouse environment by regularly tidying work areas and aisles.

·         Follow all safety guidelines and company policies to maintain a safe work environment.

·         Ensure all activities are performed in compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

·         Report any unsafe conditions or practices to the supervisor immediately.

·         Collaborate with other warehouse team members to ensure efficient workflow and address any issues.

·         Communicate clearly with supervisors regarding inventory, shipments, or any problems encountered during daily tasks.
